一、拉力試驗機是用來對材料進行靜載、拉伸、壓縮、彎曲、剪切、剝離等力學性能試驗用的機械加力的試驗機，適用于塑料板材、管材、異型材，塑料薄膜及橡膠、電線電纜等材料的各種物理機械性能測試為材料開發(fā)，為物性試驗、教學研究、質(zhì)量控制等*的檢測設備，拉力機夾具作為儀器的重要組成部分，不同的材料需要不同的夾具，也是試驗能否順利進行及試驗結(jié)果準確度高低的一個重要因素。

二、適用范圍：

七、故障及解決方法：

一、拉力試驗機加荷時，指針顫動或時走時停

1、離合器齒輪磨損：需要修理或更換。

2、摩擦盤的皮墊圈或彈簧磨損：需更換皮墊圈或彈簧。

3、操縱手柄移位：調(diào)整操縱手柄，使其與牙槽配合好。

二、更換擺砣時指針不回零

1、拉力試驗機安裝不水平：用水平儀把試驗機調(diào)整水平。

2、擺錘不垂直：只掛A砣。調(diào)整平衡砣，使之垂直。

三、拉力試驗機擺錘回位太快或太慢

1、緩沖閥擋位位置放置不當：調(diào)整緩沖閥到適當位置。

2、液壓油黏度過低或過高：液壓油黏度過低時擺錘回落快，黏度高時回落慢．應更換適當黏度的液壓油。

3、緩沖閥內(nèi)、油管內(nèi)或液壓油有臟污：清洗緩沖閥、油管。更換液壓油。

四、拉力試驗機指針回零滯怠或不穩(wěn)定

1、指針軸承、主軸軸承銹蝕或有油污：清洗或更換軸承。

2、齒桿變形或齒桿與齒輪不嚙合：校直齒桿或清洗、修整齒輪、槽輪等傳動部件。

3、緩沖閥內(nèi)有臟污：清洗緩沖閥。

五、拉力試驗機示值正偏差

1、短臂刀刃有松動：把刀刃緊牢。

2、擺砣偏輕：給砣配重（要兼顧A、B、C砣的重量）。

六、示值負偏差zui主要原因是各部件之間的摩擦阻力過大

1、指針軸承、擺軸軸承和測力傳動部件摩擦阻力過大：主要是調(diào)整、清洗軸承及測力傳動部件．消除不正常的摩擦阻力。

2、上夾頭、從動針彈簧片松緊度和描繪裝置的摩擦阻力大：調(diào)整上夾頭、從動針彈簧片松緊度和描繪裝置部件．消除不正常的摩擦阻力。

3、活塞桿與擺桿相接部位不靈活：調(diào)整兩者相接部位。使之靈活自如。

七、從動針滯阻或移位

1、從動針彈簧片彈力大小或從動針與指示盤摩擦阻力大小造成的影響：調(diào)整從動針彈簧片的彈力或從動針與指示盤的問隙。

2、從動針兩端重鼉有偏差：調(diào)整兩端重量，使其平衡。

八、示值無規(guī)律的偏差

1、齒桿、齒輪有油污、磨損或有毛刺：消除齒桿、齒輪的油污、毛刺，找出超差時的齒桿接觸點，然后修正齒桿、齒輪；如不能消除誤差．更換齒桿、齒輪。

2、拉力試驗機試驗機安裝不水平：調(diào)整水平。

3、齒桿彎曲：校直或更換齒桿，調(diào)整滾動槽輪的問隙。

九、計算機軟件聯(lián)機后出現(xiàn)提示框信息顯示超載。

解決方案是檢查計算機與試驗機的通訊線是否脫落;檢查聯(lián)機選擇傳感器是否選擇正確;檢查zui近的試驗或操作鍵

盤時傳感器是否被撞過;檢查出現(xiàn)問題之前是否使用了軟件的校準或標定功能;檢查是否手動更改過校準值、標定值或硬件參數(shù)中的其他信息。

十、試驗機主機電源不亮，不能上下移動。

解決方案是檢查接入試驗機的電源線路是否連接正常;檢查急停開關是否處于擰起狀態(tài);檢查接入試驗機的電源電壓是否正常;檢查機器插座上的保險是否燒斷，請取出備用保險絲安裝即可。

十一、試驗機主機電源有電但設備不可以上下移動。

解決方案是檢查是否是15S（時間）以后設備還無法移動，因為主機開機需要自檢，大概需要15S時間;檢查上下限位是否再恰當?shù)奈恢茫幸欢ǖ倪\行空間;檢查接入試驗機的電源電壓是否正常

。

八、油源的保養(yǎng)：

   1、定期檢查主機和油源處是否有漏油的地方，如發(fā)現(xiàn)有漏油，應及時更換密封圈或組合墊;

   2、根據(jù)機器的使用情況及油的使用期限，定期更換吸油過濾器和濾芯，更換液壓油。

   3、長時間不做試驗時，注意關斷主機電源。如果機器在待機狀態(tài)，轉(zhuǎn)換開關應打到“加載”檔，因為如果轉(zhuǎn)換開關打在“快退”檔，電磁換向閥一直在通電狀態(tài)，會影響   該器件的使用壽命。

九、控制系統(tǒng)保養(yǎng)：

  1、定期檢查控制器后面板的連接線是否接觸良好，如有松動，應及時緊固;

   2、試驗后若有一段較長的時間不用機器時，關閉控制器和電腦;

   3、控制器上的接口為一一對應，插錯接口可能對設備造成損壞;

   4、插拔控制器上的接口必須關閉控制器電源。

十、試驗機主機電源不亮，不能上下移動。

八、油源的保養(yǎng)：

1、定期檢查主機和油源處是否有漏油的地方，如發(fā)現(xiàn)有漏油，應及時更換密封圈或組合墊;

2、根據(jù)機器的使用情況及油的使用期限，定期更換吸油過濾器和濾芯，更換液壓油。
